Clementine’s is an online retail store featuring the brand Atelier 1701, a collection of handcrafted jewelry made from high-quality resin. Each piece is individually poured, resulting in one-of-a-kind designs with distinctive color blends and organic shapes. Some styles may also include materials like 925 sterling silver — please refer to individual product listings for details.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Because each piece is hand-poured, the one you receive won’t be exactly like the photo — and that’s what makes it special. Every item is 100% unique and one of a kind. Variations in color placement, blending, and even bead shape are all part of the design process and reflect the organic, handmade nature of each piece. While items within a colorway share the same palette and overall style, no two are identical. We encourage you to visit our Colorways tab to view examples of the range of variation you can expect before making your purchase.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each order from Clementine’s is thoughtfully packaged with care and presentation in mind. Your jewelry will arrive in a protective sleeve, along with a care card to help keep your piece looking its best, and a branded gift bag — a lovely touch whether it’s for yourself or someone special. When applicable, we include extra protective elements (like sponge padding for earrings) to ensure your item arrives safely. While we don’t currently offer additional gift wrapping, our standard packaging is designed to arrive looking polished and gift-ready.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently ship internationally to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the link in that email to see your shipment’s progress in real time. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and the natural variation in color and design, we do not accept returns or exchanges for differences from the reference photos. However, if you believe your item to have arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help. We want you to love your piece and will always do our best to make things right.
How should I care for my resin jewelry?
With proper care, your resin jewelry can last for years to come. To maintain its appearance and longevity, avoid impact with hard surfaces and refrain from exposing it to extreme heat. Use a microfiber cloth and a small amount of moisturizing cream to gently restore its shine if needed.
